Ryan tweeted from @imRyanLeslie : ”@aurosan I would love to see you in person, and smash your gay f*cking face in” Ryan and his followers need to know that anti-gay violence is a dangerous and pervasive problem plaguing our community today. (365 Gay) Two marines were arrested on Saturday on misdemeanor battery charges for allegedly beating up a gay man in Savannah, Georgia. Keil Joseph Cronauer, 22, and Christopher Charles Stanzel, 23, both stationed at Marine Corps Air Station in Beaufort, S.C., told police that they were being harassed by 26-year-old Kieran Daly, and that they were trying to get away from him. Keil Joseph Cronauer Witnesses said that Cronauer and Stanzel thought Daly was winking at them, so one of the men knocked Daly unconscious by punching him in the back of the head.

Justice Patricia M. Di Mango of the New York State Supreme Court in Brooklyn announced the mistrial after the jury concluded it was at an impasse.

(Instinct) The man responsible for the horrific dismembering of gay teen Jorge Steven Mercado was sentenced to 99 years in Puerto Rican prison today for the murder. Juan Jose Martinez Matos pleaded guilty to the crime, stemming from last November’s incident. Matos was to stand trial for the crime beginning next week, but suddenly confessed guilt to the judge today during a pre-trial hearing and was immediately sentenced.
